'Fallout: New Orleans' rumors: Is Obsidian working on a 'Fallout' game?

If anybody asks Bethesda's Pete Hines what the studio is developing right now, he'll probably reiterate that they are busy working on two major projects that may rival the scope of "Fallout 4" and "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim."
Bethesda Game Studios might have their hands full right now, but the company has already shown that they were willing to reach out to another studio and ask them to work on the games in their catalog. Obsidian Entertainment has already developed "Fallout: New Vegas" for Bethesda, but will fans see them make another game set in the "Fallout" world?
Last week, Obsidian posted an image for an upcoming game codenamed "Project Louisiana." The image also contains a quote that reads, "I used to dream that when my god came back, he would forgive us. That's the trouble with dreams. Sooner or later, we all have to wake up."
The post didn't reveal much, but many fans believe that it may be a new "Fallout" game called "Fallout: New Orleans." Last year, a trademark for "Fallout: New Orleans" was filed in Europe, so fans were already on the lookout for anything suspicious. When Obsidian revealed that they were working on a game codenamed "Project Louisiana," "Fallout" fans got very excited when they started to connect the dots. Of course, New Orleans is the largest city in Louisiana.
Right now, Obsidian and Bethesda have yet to address the rumors, so fans shouldn't get too excited just yet. A number of publications have also noted that Obsidian may be teasing a sequel to "Pillars of Eternity" instead. Just take a look at their recent posts. Especially this one.
Well, the Leaden Key is definitely a part of "Pillars of Eternity." Just take a look at the comment section to see how disappointed some of the fans are after they found out it's not "Fallout: New Orleans." If it's indeed "Pillars of Eternity 2," fans will have to wait a while longer for another "Fallout" game.
