Rapper/record producer Drake is coming out with more tracks later this year.

During his OVO Sound Radio show on Beats 1 on Sunday, Oct. 23, the Canadian rapper confirmed that "More Life" will be out in December. The new collection of songs follows "Views," his fourth studio album, which was released back in April. "Views" featured the track "One Dance," the lead single that became the most streamed song on Spotify to date.

According to Drake, "More Life" is more of a playlist of original music than an album or a mixtape.

Following his announcement about "More Life," Drake dropped four tracks from the upcoming compilation. These included "Fake Love," "Two Birds One Stone," a remix of Santan Daves' "Wanna Know," and a collaboration with 21 Savage titled "Sneakin."

The "Hotline Bling" singer said that he will not reveal how many songs are in "More Life" prior to its release.

"I want to give you a collection of songs that become the soundtrack to your life, so this 'More Life: The Playlist,'" he said on the show.

"You might hear some tunes from the family on there, but I'm just really excited. I had a great tour, I had a great summer. And most people, I guess, would like go probably take a break. But for me I just want to get right back to it. Be with the people again," he added.

The singer also posted an Instagram snap of the album after his announcement.

Meanwhile, the rapper celebrated his 30th birthday in style in a star-studded bash in Los Angeles on Sunday night.

Drake, whose actual birthday is on Oct. 24, celebrated a day early at the Delilah restaurant in West Hollywood. According to Entertainment Tonight, in attendance were Drake's friends and fellow musicians Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, John Mayer, French Montana, Jamie Foxx, and Zoe Kravitz. Foxx reportedly performed at the event.

ET said that Rihanna, who reportedly broke up with Drake earlier this month, was not at the party.
