There are many great things that fans of the action-packed anime series "Dragon Ball Super" have to catch in the upcoming episodes, according to the creators of the show that serves as the actual direct continuation of the highly popular '90s anime hit "Dragon Ball Z."

"Dragon Ball" original creator, Akira Toriyama and "Dragon Ball Super" manga illustrator, Toyotaro revealed many surprises that viewers can expect in the future of the show. One of the big surprises of the show is the arrival of a popular "future-based" character. The said interview which both Toriyama and Toyotaro spilled new information regarding the anime series was a special coverage in V Jump Magazine's web version originally written in Japanese, as reported in the Yibada website.

The veteran creative duo were also asked more about the popular future-based personality that is set to be involved in the lives of "Dragon Ball Super" main characters like Son Goku and Vegeta. The character may be more of a source of happiness especially for the younger fans as the duo described.

"I've read the plot for the new story, and I'm really happy a certain future-related character is going to be involved, I'm a huge fan," Toyotaro said.

In the course of the interview, it was brought up whether Toyotaro would extend his illustrator duties in the show to be involved in the actual writing of the anime series' story. It is known that "Dragon Ball Super" follows the original plot created by Toriyama. The "Dragon Ball" creator considers the idea as a good way to make the series more interesting with Toyotaro's inputs to the series. However, Toyotaro thought that it would be such a big pressure in his part to fill in the role as Toriyama's co-writer.

Toriyama was also asked about the concept of the next Super Saiyan stage featuring blue hair. The usual Super Saiyan hair color that many fans were familiar with in the past was bright or golden yellow.

"In Battle of Gods it was red, so I figured for Revival of "F" I should go with blue. That's all. Well actually I was thinking about having it be white, but then it would color-clash with the "next enemy"... so I figured I should save it for another occasion," Toriyama revealed.

In the near feature, fans of "Dragon Ball Super" will see an intense battle in the upcoming Episode 38 entitled "Here's Universe 6's Final Warrior: Hit, Mightiest of Men!" with Vegeta facing Universe 6's strongest fighter named Hit.
