'Diablo III' DLC release date and news: First trailer for expansion 'Rise of the Necromancer' released at Blizzcon 2016

Blizzcon came with a lot of exciting news for Blizzard gamers everywhere. Aside from announcing a new playable character for "Overwatch," the developers have also announced a new class of hero for "Diablo III" called the Necromancer and fans are beyond excited.
The "Rise of the Necromancer" was announced with a whole new cinematic trailer which showcases the Necromancers penchant for the dark arts and connection to the dead. Reports say that the Necromancer actually has a lot in common with the Witch Doctor — except that the Necromancer deals more with dark magic and death.
Like the Witch Doctor who uses pets and range-based magic attacks, the Necromancer has command over skeletons. They can follow him around and attack enemies for him. They can also be triggered to perform specific actions in the battlefield.
Aside from the release of the Necromancer, some rumors suggested that Blizzard is working on the release of "Diablo IV." Blizzard has reportedly made it clear that they still see "Diablo III" as a live game and they want to keep adding expansions and updates for a long time to come.
The developers are also said to be working on a "Diablo I" remake and they have added a few tweaks to the current game which is sure to improve the fans' gaming experience.
One improvement is the Armory which will now let players store five character load-outs so gamers don't have to continuously swap gear. There will also be a new tab for crafting new weapons in the game and new zones and missions as well.
Console gamers have also been allowed to participate in seasonal contests that only the PC gamers have been able to take a part in.
The "Rise of the Necromancer" pack is slated for release sometime in 2017.
