"Diablo 4" is one of the much-anticipated video games to hit the shelves and rumor has it that it will officially be launched this year. As noted by reports, fans of the "Diablo" game franchise will finally know more details on the upcoming video game in the annual event hosted by Blizzard Entertainment. There are rumors claiming that after Josh Mosqueira left his post in the company as the "Diablo" game director, Blizzard Entertainment began their search for a game director to head an unannounced project. Despite not revealing the project's title, the subheading of the job post indicated the term "Diablo." This led to speculations from multiple media outlets that the mysterious project was actually "Diablo 4."

The "Diablo" fan community became even more excited for the upcoming BlizzCon 2016 when the official Twitter of the game responded to one tweet from a fan. The "Diablo" account posted that "BlizzCon will be really cool this year," hinting that the game franchise may be unveiling something huge in the event. Most fans believed that a big announcement will be made, and many are still hoping that it would be the much-hyped "Diablo 4."

Unfortunately, there is still no way to tell if "Diablo 4" will arrive in BlizzCon 2016. If one thing is for sure, the game developer company will launch something "Diablo"-related which is still good news for avid fans. Since the third installment in the franchise was met with mostly positive reviews, there is a huge possibility that  Blizzard is also planning on releasing a series of new downloadable content for it instead. Creating a new installment clearly takes years for developers, which means a DLC is more likely to be announced at BlizzCon.
