'Devious Maids' season 4 spoilers: New season will give lowdown on Adrian's fate and Zoila's baby situation; Fourth season deemed best one yet?

"Devious Maids" season 4 is premiering this June 6 on Lifetime, and according to some cast members, this new season will usher in what could be the best arc yet.

The International Business Times reported that the stories of Zoila Diaz (Judy Reyes) and Adrian Powell's (Tom Irwin) left fans wondering what would become of both characters after the cliffhanger of a finale that capped season 3. The season-ender likewise indicated that Carmen Luna (Roselyn SÃ¡nchez) would be facing some big changes.

Fans would recall that when the third season of "Devious Maids" ended, it showed Genevieve Delatour (Susan Lucci) having to choose between her friend Zoila and her unborn child, as Zoila had a dangerous complication while delivering the baby. Whatever Genevieve decided on will be revealed in season 4.

It also remains to be seen whether Adrian died in the explosion that Carmen's sociopath boyfriend, Sebastien (Gilles Marini) caused or if he survived it. Since new season trailers have been secretive in revealing Adrian's status, fans are wondering if he lived to tell his gruesome experience.

Meanwhile, another reason that makes "Devious Minds" season 4 highly anticipated is the purported appearance of Eva Longoria, who also happens to be one of the executive producers of the series, in a guest role.

Design & Trend reported that Longoria would play an actress who will star in Marisol Suarez' (Ana Ortiz) TV show. She will be joined by fellow "Desperate Housewives" alum James Denton, who is joining "Devious Maids" season 4 for a story arc with Marisol, possibly as her love interest. However, trailers for the new season reveal that their relationship would turn sour since Genevieve, who happens to be Marisol's friend, would likewise be interested in Denton's still unnamed character.

Sol Rodriguez would also be joining as a main character this coming season. She would play Carmen's daughter, Daniela Mercado.

"Devious Maids" season 4 is returning to Lifetime on June 6, Monday.
