'Destiny' DLC release date news 2016: Big expansion coming in September?

Fans were overly excited when reports came out that Activision will develop another installment of their highly popular title, "Destiny." The game developer really knows how to make their fans happy as reports of another expansion of the current game is said to come out in 2016 to feed the hunger of "Destiny" players.

According to a report by Euro Gamer, the expansion pack could be released as early as September of this year. However, no official word from the company has come out yet with regard to the rumored DLC.

The publication also reported that Rezyl Azzir, "Destiny" player and a Reddit user, found a clue of what appears to be the date of the next DLC release. According to the report, Azzir found the information hidden within a Dead Ghost in the Prison of Elders. The Reddit user then created a walkthrough tutorial on how to reach the location.

Other players have found the same information when they tried Azzir's walkthrough tutorial. They also discovered a lore containing details about a life story that belongs to a character named Rezyl Azzir.

Azzir has since deleted his Reddit account; however, some players have acquired a copy of the message that was found together with the lore, which was written in Latin.

"Vagisma die mensis noni. ILLUD est venturus. Per Audacia ad astra."

English translation means, "The Twentieth day of the ninth month. It is coming. Forward, to the stars."

Fans and critics believe that the message could be a clue of the next "Destiny" expansion release, which is said to happen on Sept. 20. Players have also taken into consideration that the game was released in September 2014, which could also mean that the expansion is a treat for millions of "Destiny" players.

As of now, gamers will have to wait for the company to confirm the rumored September DLC pack.
