'Days of Our Lives' spoilers for week of Oct. 17: Orpheus dies; JJ gets jealous of Chad

The nightmare brought by the three escaped convicts in "Days of Our Lives" is finally coming to a close. Orpheus (George DelHoyo), Clyde (James Read), and Xander (Vincent Irizarry) caused so much trouble in Salem but just as expected, their terror didn't last long.

Clyde was already apprehended thanks to the risky but brilliant plan that Chad (Billy Flynn) and Andre (Thaoo Penghlis) came up with.

As for Xander, spoilers revealed that he will be fleeing as far as he possibly can to avoid the handcuffs again. Xander initially wanted to take revenge against Theresa (Jen Lilley) but since he's not going to get it, he might as well hide. Xander can potentially still return but until then, fans can say goodbye to him.

Meanwhile, spoilers suggested that Orpheus may never see the light of day again.

His dangerous and deadly plan will fail and he will end up in custody again. But since Orpheus is the type of person who would rather die than go back to prison, he could plot his own death. Before he will be taken to his cell, Orpheus will secretly grab a deadly drug from Marlena's (Deidre Hall) medical bag. It's said that he will take it and that will be the last of him.

But anything can happen in a soap opera. Orpheus could use this trick and end up returning. But nothing is for sure as of now so fans will have to watch out for that.

Spoilers also revealed that JJ (Casey Moss) will be sensing something fishy going on between Chad and Gabi (Camila Banus). While JJ is away at work, Gabi has been spending some time with Chad, leading the two to become closer. JJ will notice their closeness and will feel jealous of their relationship.
