'Dance Moms' season 7 news: Nia Sioux to quit show?

As previously reported, Maddie and Mackenzie Ziegler will not be joining the seventh season of "Dance Moms," despite rumors saying that the sisters will be making a comeback. Recent speculations suggest that Nia Sioux will be the next girl to leave the show. Could "Dance Moms" fans be seeing Nia's exit on the second half of season 6?
Reports say that Nia's mom Holly Hatcher-Frazier had problems with coach Abby Lee Miller since Nia does not get the exposure she needs. The "Dance Moms" star is also considering accepting new projects. Hence, Sioux might be leaving the show for good.
In a previous interview with OK! Magazine, Nia revealed, "I have a lot right now that's in the works and a lot of doors are opening, and I just wanna take advantage of all the opportunities. So, I think I'm just gonna have to wait and see."
In the interview, Nia also mentioned how her mother constantly reminds her to know her worth. If Nia realizes that she hasn't had the exposure she deserves, fans might see another original cast member leave the show.
The interview was conducted last July. So far, Nia has yet to confirm if she will be leaving the show to take on bigger projects.
Will Lifetime's reality television series survive without its original cast members? Abby Lee Miller seems to think that everyone's replaceable. Sources say that Cumberland Dance Studio held auditions for season 7 of the show.
An 8-year-old Lilly Ketchman might be the newest addition to the show. According to Fay Observer, Lily was invited to join season 6B. Lily's mother Stacey revealed that a video of her daughter performing for Cumberland Dance Studio was picked up by scouts for the next season of "Dance Moms."
The second half of "Dance Moms" season 6 will be returning to the small screen on Tuesday, Sept. 6, at 9 p.m. EDT on Lifetime. Production for season 7 is expected to start in the fall.
