Christian actor Kirk Cameron recently took to social media to celebrate the 24th wedding anniversary to his wife, Chelsea Noble, thanking God for the wonderful gift of a successful marriage.

Cameron took to Facebook on July 20 to share a wedding day phot of himself and his wife, Chelsea.

Cameron mentions in the photo caption that he and his wife married when he was just 20 years old.

"I was only 20 years old when I married the love of my life ... 24 years have passed from the day we took this picture. Tonight, we celebrated at home with our six children over one of our favorite dinners — turkey tacos! To me, still being together and in love is the best gift of all. God has been so kind and given me so much more than I deserve," Cameron said in the Facebook photo caption.

The Christian actor, best known for his role as Mike Seaver on "Growing Pains," has been outspoken regarding his committed marriage and how it is connected to his Christian faith.

Chelsea previously told Today's Christian Woman that while working together on the set of their movie "Left Behind," they learned how to work in the same environment and still maintain their love and friendship.

"Some people tell us that it's not healthy to be together so much. But working together has made the intimacy of our friendship much deeper. We know each other so well. We understand our strengths and weaknesses," Noble said.

"Instead of taking our frustrations out on each other, we've learned how to best work through things. We don't walk away from each other, or run to separate work places. We face each other and work things out. Also, since we're committed to raising our children as a team, working together strengthens our bond as parents and keeps us together as a family," she added.
