Carrie Underwood Shares First Full Photo of Son Isaiah
Country music star Carrie Underwood recently took to social media to share a photo of her newborn son, Isaiah, who is just four weeks old.
Underwood posted a photo of her four-week-old son Isaiah Michael holding a Nashville Predators hockey stick to represent the team her husband, Mike Fisher, plays for professionally.
"The Predators are in the playoffs! Just waiting to get called up! #PutMeInCoach," Underwood captioned the photo.
This is the first full photo the popular country music star has shared with the public since her son's birth earlier in March. Shortly after the birth, Underwood posted a close-up photo of her son's hands and feet as an announcement of his birth on March 3.
"Tiny hands and tiny feet…God has blessed us with an amazing gift! Isaiah Michael Fisher – born on February 27. Welcome to the world, sweet angel!" Underwood captioned in the March 3 photo.
Both Underwood and Fisher have previously expressed their excitement for raising their first child together.
Underwood previously told People magazine that she was excited to embrace motherhood, and also work to get her body shape back following the pregnancy.
"It really is such a miracle and such a beautiful thing," Underwood told People in February in regard to her pregnancy.
"I'm looking forward to reclaiming my body," she said. "I've been saying it's been on loan for the past many months. I'm excited to take it back!"
