Naruto just caught his own son cheating in the Chuunin exams. What could be the fate of the young Uzumaki? Who are the new villains? And what do they want with Konoha village's hokage Naruto? These are among the many questions running through the minds of the comic's fans.

To recap chapter 4 of "Boruto," Boruto was about to advance to the finals after defeating Shikamaru's son Shikaidai in the semifinals. However, Naruto caught his son dropping scrolls on the ground with his Kote. The Kote, the secret to Boruto's victory, is a device that allows ninjas to use techniques they haven't practiced.

Towards the end of the chapter, Naruto went inside the arena and nearly pulled down Boruto's sleeve to reveal the hidden device. A pair of flying ninjas was also seen at the very end of the chapter. They were definitely flying towards Naruto but it seems like there is nothing new about the villains' motive. Both ninjas are after the hokage's nine-tailed fox.

Many speculate that in chapter 5, Naruto will disqualify his son from the Chuunin exam. After being caught using a device Naruto personally banned, Boruto will not be allowed to continue. Perhaps, Shikaidai will advance to the finals in his place. Most likely, Shikaidai will win the final leg of the exam and be promoted to Chuunin before the rest of his peers, just like his father.

Looking back at the "Naruto" storyline, the prequel of "Boruto," the manga's writers had a habit of making history repeat itself. Hence, chapter 5 might be a great opportunity to do the same. To note, during Naruto's Chuunin exam, Konoha was invaded by Orochimaru and his henchmen. Will Naruto fans be able to see another attempted invasion during this Chuunin exam?

There has been no official announcement about the release date of chapter 5, but many are expecting it to come out this month.
