Last night's episode of "Bones" season 11 featured Special Agent Seeley Booth (David Boreanaz) and Dr. Temperance "Bones" Brennan (Emily Deschanel) found themselves investigating a case which apparently has a connection to Booth. A convicted felon was murdered in a halfway house but the shocking twist was that a suspect had ties to Booth. Brennan testified in court concerning her assault of a suspect who is unarmed in a previous case, which almost cost her career. Meanwhile, Aubrey and Jessica's kiss got delayed again.

According to the official synopsis for next week's episode "The Fight in the Fixer," the team will investigate a case involving a private investigator who also happens to be a "fixer." What's strange about his murder is that his corpse was found in ice after it was dumped in the Potomac. Unsurprisingly, the victim has many enemies because his work goes beyond investigating. He is called a "fixer" because he made sure that the problems of his clients were "resolved." Meanwhile, Aubrey will know more about his father, and a shocking revelation concerning his father's whereabouts will bring a major shake-up in his life. Hodgins and Angela will try to work out their tumultuous relationship while Booth and Brennan go together to get Christine's first ever report card. Lastly, criminal behaviorist Karen Delfs (guest star Sara Rue) will surprise Aubrey by asking him out on a date.

On another note, an official synopsis for episode 16 has also been released which reads:

"The team investigates the death of the leader of the Lynwood University male acapella singing group, "The Whippersnaps," whose body was found in the school rat lab. The victim recently kicked out Ian Jansen, one of the group's best singers (guest star Jordan Fisher), sending Booth and Aubrey to question Ian and other current members of the male group (including guest stars Mitch Grassi and Scott Hoying) and some stars of the competing female acapella group (including guest star Kristin Maldonado) to get a handle on the group dynamics and what could have led to the murder of one of their own. Meanwhile, surprising information about Aubrey's own college experience is brought to light, Hodgins applies for an experimental nerve regeneration study, Booth tries to plan a summer trip with Parker (guest star Gavin MacIntosh) and a new intern joins the Jeffersonian lab (guest star B.K. Cannon)."

Keep tuning in for all-new episodes of "Bones" season 11 which airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET on FOX.
