Sheldon (Jim Parsons) and Leonard (Johnny Galecki) will each wind up with a painful septum, the part that separates the right and left airways in the nose, in the upcoming episode of "The Big Bang Theory" which airs every Thursday at 8/7c on CBS.

Titled "The Septum Deviation," the episode begins with Sheldon not wanting Leonard to have his deviated septum rectified. He fears that the minor operation could result in major complications and hence does not want Leonard to go through with it.

However, Penny (Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting) and Leonard go ahead with the operation after they lie to Sheldon that they are going swimming in a public pool and he decides not to join them.

However, Sheldon soon discovers that Leonard has gone ahead with the operation and he goes to the hospital to visit him. By the time he arrives, Sheldon has stubbed his toe and is carrying a balloon which Amy (Mayim Bialik) had bought to placate him.

While in the hospital an earthquake occurs and Sheldon panics. He tries to rush to Leonard's room but ends up running into the glass door nose first and falls down.

This results in both Leonard and Sheldon having bandages on their noses. Penny gets the most out of the situation by making fun of them.

How they end the episode in pain is revealed during the episode.

Meanwhile, Raj (Kunal Nayya) is seen dealing with his parents' divorce which prompts Howard (Simon Helberg) and Bernadette (Melissa Rauch) to reevaluate their marriage.

As for the series, it is soon going to be coming out as Lego blocks. Entertainment Weekly notes that the set will be based on Sheldon and Leonard's living room. The room is featured in almost every episode of the show and is a central location where all the cast often hang out.

EW notes that the set will include "Sheldon's board, Rubik's cube tissue box, DNA model and mini LEGO Death Star "
