Electronic Arts (EA) DICE's shooting video game, "Battlefield 1," recently received a patch update last Tuesday, Nov. 15, known as the game's massive fall update.

The new patch brings changes to address the balance issues in the Operations game mode, because as per EA DICE, "It's clear that attackers need a boost."

The patch update increased the overall tickets for both Operations and Grand Operations. Minimum tickets regained in Grand Operations are raised from 30 to 50, including tickets regained from killing retreating defenders. "This will give more of a fighting chance to capture the next sector after previously capturing a sector while having very few tickets left," EA DICE explained.

Aside from this, the new patch also includes changes in gameplay weapon balance, soldier customization, rent-a-server support, and several bug fixes for performance improvement. The patch takes up a total of 2.2GB. Players can see the full patch notes here.

However, despite this major update, many players complained that the updated "Battlefield 1" is now encountering graphic quality problems when played on PlayStation 4 (PS4) Pro.

Many PS4 Pro players took it online to express their concern that the game's graphics look "softer" compared with the pre-patched version of the game.

With the PS4 Pro that boasts 4K display support and high-dynamic range (HDR) imagery, players could now notice jagged edges that made the game less crisp in PS4 Pro display. Others even report that the game now has the worst frame-rates since the patch was issued.

As of now, EA DICE still has to issue a statement about the matter. As of this writing, EA DICE is still quiet about "Battlefield 1's" issues in PS4 Pro.

In other news, EA just launched its new World War 1 "Battlefest" event today for "Battlefield 1." Players who log into the game starting today until Nov. 27 are entitled to a special Battlefest dog tag, and special rewards whenever designated missions are completed.

Players will also get a Black Friday special on Nov. 18, wherein great deals for "Battlefield 1" and other EA games will be offered.
