The upcoming two-part Marvel feature film, "Avengers: Infinity War," will involve the powerful Infinity Stones and the Infinity Gauntlet, which will house all of the Infinity Stones. Once the gems in the Infinity Gauntlet are completed, the wielder will possess immense power at par with none in the whole universe. However, according to the latest rumors, the film will be featuring more than one Infinity Gauntlet.

As reported by Cinema Blend, "Avengers: Infinity War" may actually reveal that there are two Infinity Gauntlets existing in the universe. There are rumors that the Asgardian traitor and god of mischief, Loki (Tom Hiddleston), has connived with the supervillain Thanos (Josh Brolin) and gave the latter one Infinity Gauntlet. However, the other gauntlet is still safely kept at the weaponry and treasure vault of Odin (Anthony Hopkins).

In fact, Marvel President Kevin Feige has confirmed that the two Infinity Gauntlets in the MCU are the one Thanos was seen wearing in the post-credits scene of "Avengers: Age of Ultron," while the other one is still under the protection of Asgard. Therefore, it is speculated that the other Infinity Gauntlet will be used by the Avengers and their allies to collect the Infinity Stones and ultimately using the gauntlet's power to defeat Thanos.

Just like "Captain America: Civil War," the upcoming two-part "Avengers" movie will see several Marvel characters in action, and "Infinity War" writers Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely revealed that the Earth's Mightiest Heroes will be teaming up with the Guardians of the Galaxy, composed of Peter Quill/Star Lord (Chris Pratt), Gamora (Zoe Zaldana), Drax the Destroyer (David Bautista), Raccoon (Bradley Cooper) and Groot (Vin Diesel). The alliance of these two powerful groups of superheroes is just fair as the third "Avengers" movie will introduce an overpowered supervillain. The Mad Titan Thanos is expected to raise hell as he gathers all the Infinity Stones to achieve power greater than anyone else in the universe.
