'Avengers: Infinity War' release date and news: Thanos to team up with super villain Mephisto?

Is Thanos teaming up with Marvel super villain Mephisto in the third installment of the "Avengers" franchise?
Sources said that Thanos will have a partner in crime in the following movie and fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) believe that it could either be Mephisto or Thor's (Chris Hemsworth) brother, Loki (Tom Hiddleston).
The upcoming "Avengers" movie will reportedly have over 67 characters, including the characters from "The Guardians of the Galaxy."
Furthermore, recent reports suggested that a new super villain will be introduced to the MCU. "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." actor Gabriel Luna reportedly named Mephisto during a discussion about the MCU. The actor revealed that Marvel will finally delve into the more supernatural aspects, starting with the upcoming "Doctor Strange" movie.
In a few months, production for "Avengers: Infinity War" will begin. The film will be directed by "Captain America: Civil War" directors Anthony Russo and Joe Russo.
As previously reported, rehearsals for the November production date is currently underway. The directors even shared a photo of them with Josh Brolin, who portrays the super villain Thanos. The actor was seen wearing a purple motion capture suit, which was used to animate and bring his character to life.
Sources said that the conflict introduced in the latest "Captain America" movie might resume in the upcoming "Avengers" film.
The Russo brothers previously stated that in the next "Avengers" film, viewers will still be able to see a divide within the team.
Joe revealed to IGN, "The greatest threat the universe has ever seen is going to come at the moment where the Avengers are arguably at their lowest, at their worst, at their least strong and most divided since they've been formed..."
"Avengers: Infinity War" is expected to release on May 4, 2018. The untitled film sequel will be released on the third of May in the following year.
