In a report by Softpedia, the director of finance at Asus, Nick Wu, has reportedly confirmed the rumor. According to Wu, the company is hoping to launch the highly anticipated ZenFone 3 at the start of the third quarter this year.
"We hope to introduce a new flagship smartphone at the end of June and start producing mass in July," Wu said.

Nonetheless, fans are hoping that the new flagship smartphone will be as good as its predecessor.
Although many people are still waiting for the company's official announcement with regard to Zenfone 3, fans and critics have already started to predict the specs and features of the device. According to Android Headlines, the rumored Asus device is expected to run on Snapdragon 625 processor. It will be paired with 4 GB of RAM, which is intended for users who like to multitask. There are also speculations suggesting that the device will carry a 5.5-inch screen with 1080p resolution.
The device may not have impressive specs compared to the top of the line models from other major smartphone makers; however, tech observers predict that it is going to dominate the mid-range market once it comes out.
