Arrow Season 3 Spoilers, News: Ray Palmer aka The Atom Has Arrived

Arrow was embraced as a hero in the premiere episode of season three but it also saw Sara dying after being shot by a mysterious archer. Other plot points revolved around Vertigo trying to kill Arrow, and the arrival of Brandon Routh, aka Ray Palmer.

The meeting between Palmer and Felicity saw a degree of chemistry even though she refused to work for him. Palmer has since realized that Felicity has hacked into his equipment, but he still managed to wrest control of Queen Consolidated from Oliver Queen.

With Palmer going on to become The Atom, there is good reason to believe that he will get to know Felicity better. As for Oliver Queen's date with Felicity it quickly deteriorated and almost ended when he decided that he could not assume both identities at the same time.

New York Comic Con 2014 saw several spoilers about Arrow being inadvertently released and iDigitalTimes has a list of them. One of them is that Laurel will possibly assume the identity of Black Canary after the death of her sister Sara.

There is also going to be one episode that explores more of Felicity's back story and it will include her ex-boyfriend Cooper Seldon, whom she was dating while studying at MIT. However, the biggest news in NYCC 2014 was that the season finale would feature a sword fight.

Entertainment Weekly has a list of 33 spoilers for season three. These include Palmer being romantically interested in Felicity, and Ra's al Ghul, played by Matt Nable, becoming the main villain in the season. Along with Ra's al Ghul, Entertainment Weekly predicts that his daughter Nyssa al Ghul played by Katrina Law will also return to Arrow. Another spoiler about Sara is that even though she died in the premiere, she will be seen in three more episodes in the season.
