When rumors that Apple Watch 2 will be released this year started to circulate all over the internet, Apple fanatics welcomed it with full of excitement. However, with contradicting reports about its specs and release date, fans are getting confused and hoping to get a clear message from the Cupertino-based company. New reports suggest that the next model of the highly popular Apple Watch will not come out on the market until 2017.

Earlier reports suggested that the much-anticipated Apple Watch 2 will be revealed by the company at the upcoming World Wide Developers Conference or WWDC 2016, which will happen in June. A new report from Value Walk contradicts the rumor and suggested that Apple will not introduce the Apple Watch 2 at the event. On a positive note, the publication said that the device will likely be unveiled along with another highly anticipated Apple device, which is the iPhone 7, in September.

Although Apple has yet to confirm these reports, fans are just hoping that something big will be released by the company before 2016 ends. The WWDC is known to be an event where Apple releases their new software products; however, this year could be an exemption and fans could be treated with something major.

Meanwhile, Expert Reviews reported that Apple Watch 2 may mirror the design of its predecessor. This latest news comes as a disappointment for many Apple Watch fans who were hoping that the company will change the design of the tech watch.

Despite these disappointing reports, fans are happy that the device will be packed with amazing features and specs. According to Wall Street Journal, Apple Watch 2 will feature cell network connectivity, along with a much faster processor. It will also run on the latest version of watchOS 2.

Fans are still waiting for Apple to make the Apple Watch 2 official. As of the moment, all they have are merely rumors and speculations.
