Apple iPad Mini 5, iPad Air 3 release date and specs rumors: Both devices to be released in September?

There have been numerous rumors and speculations going around the internet that Apple could be planning to release two new devices, the iPad Mini 5 and the iPad Air 3 in September.

According to reports, the upcoming iPad Air 3 could be the last model of the series as the company is said to be stopping any production of the line. There have been reports suggesting that Apple is going to focus on the iPad Pro line, in which they will release a new model later this year. The iPad Pro series is said to be replacing the iPad Air.

Reports gathered online suggest that the new iPad Air 3 will carry four speakers and has powerful sounds. It will have a 6.1 mm thickness and will run on the upcoming iOS 10. According to reports, it will have superior specs, which will be headed by the A10 processor. It will also boast a 3D touchscreen technology.

According to IT PRO, along with the device's powerful processor, the iPad Air 3 will also run on 3 GB of RAM.

Although fans are excited to know more about the new device, fans are still waiting for the company to confirm these reports. However, Apple followers are certainly going to be happy to know that iPad Air 3 will make it to the market pretty soon. Most of these fans were disappointed when Apple failed to reveal the device earlier this year.

Meanwhile, Apple is said to be bringing a thinner designed iPad Mini 5 in the market. The design will be a complete overhaul from its predecessor. Just like the iPad Air 3, it will carry a 3D-touch technology and will come on a pre-installed iOS 10 operating system. The highly anticipated device is also said to have the Apple Pencil.
