American Horror Story Season 4 Premiere Live Stream, Spoilers: Ready for the Freak Show?
According to some critics, American Horror Story is a class apart from other horror-drama series, as each of its seasons has earned greater and greater acclaim from viewers and critics alike. The fourth installment of this anthology series is set to premiere on October 8, at 10 pm ET on the FX network. The new season is titled American Horror Story: Freak Show, and is centered on a circus in a town called Jupiter.

It was this suspense and horror-filled series that piqued the public's interest in anthologies and was soon followed by other critically-acclaimed drama-horror series such as True Detective. So it's no surprise that Forbes branded AHS's fourth season the creepiest yet.
The new season is set in 1952 and is focused on the events that transpire when a killer joins the circus and starts doing the obvious, killing people.
In the fourth season, most of the original cast returns and Forbes in its review mentions Sarah Paulson as one of the standout members among the cast. She plays the part of conjoined twins Dot and Bette Tattler, and is credited for giving them a unique personality which is quite obvious when each speaks.
Also in the cast is Jessica Lange who plays Elsa, and Kathy Bates who plays Ethel Darling. These superb character actors bring the characters to the forefront and keep them under the spotlight throughout the season. This focus on characters, as Forbes points out is "television's most important rule."
The Hollywood Reporter has more details about the cast, and especially mentions how Kathy Bates wonderfully pulls off the role of Ethel, the bearded lady. Also highlighted is Evan Peters who plays Billy, nicknamed the lobster boy because of his deformed hands.
The killer element so far in season four is the clown Twisty played by John Carroll Lynch, who is all set to do horrific things. The Hollywood reporter mentions that this focus on a killer clown could change as the season progresses, as the show is famous for its plot twists.
The premiere episode of American Horror Story Season 4 can be seen on FX at 10 p.m. ET, and the episode will also be made available online through live stream by clicking here.
