"Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." returns later next month after the season 3 finale time jump hinted many changes for the whole team. Aside from the new Director and the arrival of Ghost Rider, viewers will also see Daisy (Chloe Bennet) as she accepts her destiny by turning into her Marvel comics alter ego Quake.

Season 4 will see the former S.H.I.E.L.D. agent as she runs away from the very organization that gave her a family. After losing her boyfriend Lincoln (Luke Mitchell) being under Hive's (Brett Dalton) sway, Daisy will publicly out herself as a powerful Inhuman known as "Quake." In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Bennet explained that Daisy's plan to go rogue will be a great challenge for her since she thrives around people. "You'll definitely see her trying her best to rogue but I don't think that will last very long or who will come in her way and change things up for her," she teased.

The actress further explained that Daisy's intentions are to do right by her team by staying away from them. However, she's actually doing the complete opposite because she is hurting them in the process. "Her independence is coming from a certain sadness and she's running from something instead of being truly independent in this case," Bennet said. "I'd like to see her resolve that.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly's Spoiler Room, executive producer Maurissa Tancharoen said everything will be business as usual when season 4 premieres. "The one thing that you'll really see across the board with all of our characters is that they're just in 'Let's move mode – let's just move on from what went down,'" she explained. "Whether or not that's just a coping mechanism or denial of all of the trauma that they've experienced, I think them being so functional will start to unravel."

"Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." season 4 premieres on Tuesday, Sept. 20 on ABC.
