'2 Broke Girls' season 6, episode 9 spoilers: Randy arranges FaceTime date for Caroline; Sophie makes Oleg buy a minivan

The ninth episode of season 6 of CBS's popular sitcom TV series "2 Broke Girls" will be exploring the dating lives of best friends Max, portrayed by Kat Dennings, and Caroline, played by Beth Behrs.

Titled "And the About FaceTime," the forthcoming episode of the hit TV sitcom deals with the gang's struggles with their personal relationships and adjustment to their new roles in life.

According to the episode's official synopsis, Max and Randy (Ed Quinn) get tired of Caroline always being the third wheel during their online dates on FaceTime. To somehow prevent Caroline from getting involved in his future FaceTime dates with his girlfriend, Randy plots to set Caroline up with one of his co-workers.

Meanwhile, Oleg (Jonathan Kite) faces a tough decision when Sophie (Jennifer Coolidge) compels him to trade his precious car for a minivan to suit the needs of their family.

Fans may remember that Randy was a recurring character back in season 5. He is a celebrity lawyer that Max met at a hotel restaurant while she and Caroline were in Hollywood to discuss a movie adaptation of Caroline's life. Although their relationship was initially very casual, their feelings developed into something much deeper.

However, Randy quickly broke up with Max through his therapist before she returned to New York because he knew long-distance relationships never work. Not long after, he followed her to the city, and they got back together.

It can be recalled that in the previous episode, Max and Caroline's dessert bar business boomed when they hired Clint, a popular bartender. However, Han grew addicted to the mixologist's cocoa powder in his signature cacao drink, requiring the girls' intervention.

Han also ended up entering a duck stamp-drawing contest. Sophie, on the other hand, tried to regain her former glamor as she struggled with motherhood.

"2 Broke Girls" season 6 episode 9 is set to air on Monday, Dec. 5, at 9 p.m. EST on CBS.
