The two-part season premiere of "2 Broke Girls" season 6 saw Max and Caroline neck-deep with preparations for the opening of their own business. However, it was also when Sophie and Oleg's baby decided to pop out, leaving the two girls in a quandary of which one gets their attention first.

Props should be given to Max (Kat Dennings) for pulling off the finishing touches to their dessert bar opening even as she struggles with the pain of her recent breakup with Randy (Ed Quinn). Ever the trooper she is, Max was able to sail through the opening, complete with all the comedic elements and one-liners she's known for.

As expected, Sophie (Jennifer Coolidge) goes into labor minutes before the opening of the dessert bar. She demands that her two best friends, Max and Caroline (Beth Behrs) be there as she gives birth to her and Oleg's (Jonathan Kite) firstborn.

However, Max and Caroline have bigger problems of their own as they realized too late that they failed to secure a permit for serving liquor at their establishment.

Eventually, everything fell into place, even with the looming threat of another scary performance from J. Petto (Andy Dick), who earlier on in season 2 put on a creepy puppet performance that scared away customers of Max and Caroline's cupcake business.

All's well that ended well for the opening of the dessert bar, and on Monday's episode titled "And the '80's Movie," Max and Caroline will try to raise the bar high for their dessert bar by targeting a more sophisticated clientele.

"Max and Caroline's plans to attract a more sophisticated clientele to their dessert bar take a turn when Max befriends a bouncer whose team of arm wrestlers becomes their latest patrons. Also, Max and Randy continue to text each other, but when she runs out of sexy messages to send him, Oleg offers to be her ghostwriter," reads the synopsis shared by Futon Critic.

Will the dessert bar still manage to attract upscale clients even if a team of arm wrestlers has settled in? What will happen to Max and Randy with their line of communication still open? Incidentally, "Glee's" Dot Marie Jones guest stars as arm wrestler Big Reba in the said episode.

"2 Broke Girls" season 6 episode 2 airs Monday, Oct. 17 at 9 p.m. ET on CBS.
