Winds of Winter release date, plot rumors: Daenerys Targaryen to go mad like her father?

There is no official statement yet from renowned author George R. R. Martin regarding the release of his sixth novel in the highly popular "A Song of Ice and Fire" book series. Earlier reports suggested that Martin is going to release "The Winds of Winter" as early as this year, citing the instances where he posted some of the unpublished chapters from the novel. However, it is also possible that the novel will not be released until 2017.

Nevertheless, the rumors and speculations about the book's possible plotline have already appeared on the internet as early as this year. The recent rumor about the story of "The Winds of Winter" suggests that Daenerys Targaryen will become a mad ruler just like her father, Aerys II Targaryen.  It has been reported that Daenerys will be shown gaining power in "The Winds of Winter," enough to conquer all of Westeros. However, it is also rumored that Daenerys will slowly lose her sanity along the way.

During the first chapters of the series, Daenerys was worried that she might turn out to be like her father. However, it is possible that Daenerys may actually become the so-called Mad Queen that will bring more harm than good for the Seven Kingdoms. It is rumored that at one point in the book, Daenerys will order her men to burn everything and everyone that they will see as they finally set foot in Westeros.

Meanwhile, Vine Report speculates that Daenerys is going to think about marriage as a way to gather more power and influence among the citizens of Westeros. In order to be the most powerful being in the Seven Kingdom, it is rumored that she will agree on the marriage proposal of Tyrion Lannister.  Many people see Tyrion as a mere imp, but Daenerys will see the potential in him as a great strategist to rule everyone in the Seven Kingdom.
